Workshops 

Stephanie is taking a break from teaching in 2026. When any future workshops are scheduled, they'll be posted here. Thanks for your interest.


For an idea of possible future workshop offerings, see the photographs of workshop models posted below, but workshops can be designed to suit specific learning goals. Handouts are provided for all workshops. 


Stephanie has offered workshops in person and/or online via Zoom through a variety of organizations: Wells College Summer Book Arts Institute, the Jaffe Center for Book Arts, Maine Media Workshops & College, AVA Gallery & Art Center, Creative Arts Workshop, The Dartmouth College Library Book Arts Workshop, the Morgan Conservatory, Canadian Bookbinders and Book Artists Guild, San Diego Book Arts, Kalamazoo Book Arts Center, Minnesota Center for Book Arts, and Shepherd and Maudsleigh Studio.


I want to express my appreciation with grateful thanks, not only for my own teachers, but for the historic bookmakers from many cultures, whose generous sharing of their knowledge and innovations whether through workshops or publications, has informed my own artwork and my teaching.
